Chelsea Tower is located on a quiet, dead-end street with a picturesque pond at the end. The building and grounds are surrounded by Cabin John Park, one of Montgomery County's largest parks, and other residential condominium communities. Extensive shopping in the form of small, neighborhood shopping centers with grocery stores, drug stores, video stores and a wide variety of smaller specialty stores, and Montgomery Mall are minutes away. Other shopping areas, including Montgomery Mall, are within walking distance. Access to the Beltway (I-495) and I-270 is easy, and traffic noise is nonexistent. Although not many children live at Chelsea Tower, their number is growing. Excellent public and private schools are close-by. Metrobus and ride-on service is available nearby and from Montgomery Mall. Moving into or out of Chelsea Tower is permitted only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday (except holidays). No moves are permitted on Sundays or holidays. There are NO exceptions to this rule. All moves must be arranged in advance with the building manager or the front desk staff.

In 2012, condominium fees currently range between $
410 and $437 per month for one-bedroom units, between $535 and $556 for two-bedroom units, and between $637 and $645 for three-bedroom/deluxe two-bedroom units. Condominium fees usually increase in January of each year. Water and sewer costs are included in the condo fees, and electricity is billed separately to each unit by PEPCO.

General matters are managed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by the Unit Owners. On a day-to-day basis, Chelsea Tower is managed by a professional management company, and has a full-time, on-site manager and maintenance technician. A front desk located in the Lobby is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Entry into the building is controlled, and an entry system in the Lobby allows residents to open the Lobby doors to visitors from their units.

Of course, life in a condominium community requires that each resident, whether owner or renter, abide by certain rules, regulations, and procedures that have been adopted for the benefit and comfort of all. By choosing to live at Chelsea Tower, all unit owners and renters, in addition to their families and guests, agree to be bound by and comply with Chelsea's governing documents. Copies of these documents are provided to a prospective purchaser in a Resale Package prior to purchase, and owners are responsible for providing these documents to their renters.
